These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PokerPal and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms will be disclosed at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or interfere with its operation.
If you submit content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerPal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PokerPal from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PokerPal operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law.
